It's always great when you can find a graphic software, such as Stencil, that is truly very easy to use.

You will find that Stencil is fully loaded with many assests, and one of my favorite features is how Stencil has all of the social media pre-sized templates built in. 

My absolute favorite feature is when you create a graphic for one platform, you only have to switch the template size, and Stencil coverts the size, of the graphic for you!
